What happens when you reach out.

No forms, no judgement, no rush. You are in control the whole way, here is exactly what to expect.

  1. You make contact. Anonymously if you wish. There is no situation we will turn away, and no detail you must give.
  2. We listen first. A counsellor or caseworker who understands care reaches out to simply hear you, no assessment, no pressure.
  3. We find the next step together. Counselling, education, legal aid, or just someone in your corner, only what you want, when you're ready.
  4. We stay. Support doesn't end after one call. A community that will not disappear.

Our promise to you.

It stays private

What you tell us is confidential and handled with care. Nothing is passed on without your consent, except where someone is in danger.

It's never too late

Whether you left care last week or years ago, this door is open. You don't have to be in crisis to reach out.

You set the pace

Ask one question or share your whole story. Come back tomorrow, next month, or never, there is no wrong choice here.

Send a private message.

Tell us as little or as much as you like.

Encrypted in transit, stored securely, never sold or shared.

Not ready to talk yet? That's okay. You can read through practical guides on documentation, housing, work and your rights, quietly, on your own, no contact needed.
